Meeting of the Official Language Implementation Committee organized at Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala
27.06.2025, Kapurthala- A meeting of the Official Language Implementation Committee of Rail Coach Factory, Kapurthala was organized on 27.06.2025 which was presided by Shri S.S. Mishra, General Manager, RCF, Kapurthala. All the PHODs and HODs of RCF participated in the meeting. Special emphasis was laid on promoting the use and spread of official language in government work and the difficulties being faced in this regard were discussed as well as solutions to overcome them were also found in the meeting under the guidance of the General Manager.
During the meeting, a presentation was also given regarding application of digital signature in Hindi on official letters. The General Manager instructed all the department heads to digitally sign the letters in Hindi in future. All the department heads and the staff were also advised to give technical articles and other writings etc. for the official language magazine “Arunodaya” of RCF, Kapurthala. To promote the use of Hindi in government work, 10 employees were awarded with a certificate and cash prize under the Home Ministry's Twenty Thousand Words Scheme and three employees were awarded with a certificate and cash prize under the Rajbhasha Utkrishta Scheme implemented locally by the General Manager, RCF.
