Gate way for new vendors/startups:-
1. Secure class III digital certificate.
2. Register on IREPS (Indian Railway e-procurement System) website
www.ireps.gov.in
3. See tender notices on IREPS.
4. Select tender item/items .study the specifications, drawings.
5. Check eligibility criteria given in the Tender, Bid documents.
7. No tender cost and no EMD if manufacturer registered with following:-
(i) Udyog Aadhar MSME,
(ii) NSIC,
(iii) Railways/production unit.
(iv) District industries centers.
(v) khadi and village industries commission.
(vi) Khadi and village industries board.
(vii) coir board.
(viii) Directorate of handicraft and handloom.
(ix) Any other board specified by ministry of MSME.
8. Special price and quantity. Preference to MSME, MSME (SC,ST) entrepreneurs as govt. policy. But the bidder has to upload proof and details in Bid form.
