 Procedure for New Registration

For Trade Group-wise Registration, firms are required to first get themselves registered in the Railway Unit in whose territorial jurisdiction the manufacturing premises of the vendor exist. However, firms situated in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Chandigarh may directly approach RCF/Kapurthala for Trade Group-wise Vendor Registration.

• Vendor registration is not mandatory for quoting in RCF tenders. Firms may participate in the tender by logging in to the IREPS portal (https://www.ireps.gov.in).

• You can download the registration form from Website of RCF (www.rcf.indianrailways.gov.in) and submit this form by making online payment of Rs. 84/- only and upload payment receipt. • Fill-in the Registration form and submit along with all necessary document and affidavits as per check-list (such as proof of Ownership, List of M&P, Balance- Sheet, ISO Certificate etc. )
• Your application will be scrutinized and if there are any short-fall documents, the same shall be asked.
• After receipt of complete information from you, assessment of your firm will be done by the officials RITES, for technical capability & financial capacity. For assessment of technical capability & financial capacity, you will be required to make payment of Rs. 17700/- (Rs.15000/- + GST@18%) to RITES
• Based on assessment report and other details available in your application, the decision will be taken by RCF Administration for granting you registration or otherwise
• Accordingly letter of registration ( containing Registration No, Trade Groups , Monetary Limit and Period of validity ) or regret will be sent to you
• Registered External provider  is different from that of an "Approved External provider‟. "Registration"  is done for trade groups of items whereas "Approval"  is done only for the Critical Items.

 Procedure for Renewal of Registration

• Affidavits on non-judicial stamp paper duly attested by Notary Public (In respect of  No change in firm’s constitution, no banning by Govt , no recoveries due and no pending Arbitration and also not be part of any cartel )
• Copy of last registration/renewal registration / NSIC certificate.
• Attested copy of current and valid ISO-9001 certificate.
• Performance report for supplies made to our organization after date of registration for items pertaining to relevant trade groups. If you do not have any performance with RCF, the details of supplies made to other Zonal Railways/PSU/Government organizations should be furnished
• Balance sheet & Turnover certificate of last ended financial year verified/certified by charted accountant
• Digital Signature Certificate from any Licensed Certifying Authority
• If you did not get any Purchase Order from RCF, the copies of offers of tenders in which you have participated should be submitted.
• Please note that this Reg./Extn. Subjected to condition that your CCA is valid. Validity of your CCA is 4 Years you are advised to timely get your CCA re-validated before submitting your request for renewal of registration in RCF.
