External provider registration is not mandatory for quoting in RCF tenders. Firms may participate in the tender by logging in to the IREPS portal (https://www.ireps.gov.in).
For Trade Group-wise Registration, firms are required to first get themselves registered in the Railway Unit in whose territorial jurisdiction the manufacturing premises of the vendor exist. However, firms situated in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Chandigarh may directly approach RCF/Kapurthala for Trade Group-wise Vendor Registration.
